DIAMOND AGE – (an hour and five)
-
Hey Internet. For the record: The Diamond Age = Mix Master Machine. An inspiration to us all. He did this mix live which is what we all should be doing. It’s more rock infused than most of other mixes up here. Check it out. It’s getting to be cold in Chicago. I don’t like it one bit. The only good thing about winter is clementines are in season. Oh and I can wear hats, which kinda keeps my hair in check. I guess cold weather also gives me an excuse to stay in and work on music. Still don’t like it.
If you happen to be in Chicago and like reggae (and really, who doesn’t like reggae?) may I suggest going to Zakopane this Friday (12-14-07). It’s at 1734 W. Division. Most High and Moa Anbessa will be bringing their crates. As you may have gathered from the name, Zakopane is a Polish bar. I have no idea why Polish bars and reggae go together so well, but you’re just gonna have to trust me on this one.
